Adoption Process
Our Adoption Center is open 7 days a week from 12pm to 6pm with no appointment needed! You can complete an application online and we also have paper applications at the Adoption Center. Adopters must be 18 years of age or older. If you rent your home, we will need to contact your landlord or see a copy of your lease to verify the pet policy. We adopt out out on a first-come-first serve basis, so we advise coming to the Adoption Center if you’re interested in one of our pets!

All adoptable pet are spayed or neutered, receive necessary vaccinations, and checked for sound health before they are available for adoption.
Adult Cats: $100
Kittens under 6 months of age: $125 (2 for $150)
Adult Dogs: $100
Puppies under 6 months of age: $225
Other Small Animals: $20

Pets Being Rehomed by Owners
Sometimes situations change and loved pets need to find new homes. In an effort to help families and individuals who need to rehome a pet, Angels of Assisi is partnering with Adopt-a-Pet.com to help community pets find new homes faster and keep them out of the shelter environment. To meet one of these pets, please make arrangements directly with the guardian listed on the pet’s profile.
The pets featured here are not animals at Angels of Assisi and require direct communication through Adopt-a-Pet.com. These listings are a courtesy for those seeking to re-home and animal lovers looking to find a new pet. Angels of Assisi is not responsible for any health conditions or behavior issues the animal may have.
